Stephen M. Miller

Steve is a movie lover, pure and simple. He’s been writing since he could hold a pencil. He used to make little films with his family camcorder. You know that old story – action figure meets M-80 all caught on film. He loved movies so much that he took a job managing a movie theater. Whether coming up with short comedy sketches or making short films, Steve has been tapping into his creativity for decades. He’s worked in Rochester in just about every crew position there is in one way or another and he figured it was high time he should make his movie, Bottom Feeders. First penned in the early 2000’s, Steve wrote this script as an homage to his inspiration, Kevin Smith (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy). But soon his script took on a life of it’s own. Steve’s most recent directorial effort was a “choose your own adventure” style Zombie short film titled, Aftermath. (Before they did that on Black Mirror!) Steve currently co-owns ROC Vox Recording & Production – a podcast and voice over studio & media production company.

Scott W. Fitzgerald

Scott has been working in and around video production for 25 years. Starting out in corporate video and working through advertising and freelance video production, Scott has picked up quite a few skills. He has had a dream of making films and has written and directed 8 short films. Awarded “Best Filmmaker in Rochester, NY” two years running, his music videos have over 1 million collective views. Scott has a live morning radio show in Rochester, NY. He also pre-records two other radio shows in different markets: Lake Placid, NY and Lake of the Ozarks, MO. He met Steve Miller on the set of a short film and that meeting has lead to the revisiting of the Bottom Feeders script. Scott and Steve collaborated on script revisions and co-directed the teaser (2017). Now, Scott is excited to work behind the scenes as the Producer and help make this dream a reality. Scott is the co-owner of ROC Vox Recording & Production – a podcast and voice over studio & media production company.
